First and foremost definitely read the instructions for putting together. I did not assuming I was putting legs on correctly but I didn’t. The padded part faces down… as instructions say. Now that I’ve humored you with my adventure this is an absolute must buy!! I have it between two monitors, and use laptop as a third monitor and for camera. It’s perfect size, height and neatly tucks away docking station underneath and cords in cord holes in back. Such a simple gadget, so very well built and a great price too!!

I bought this so my laptop screen is at eye level. Spending hours a day with a bent neck created tension and pain in my neck and shoulders. Ive used it for a couple of weeks and I feel much better. Assembling was nothing more than sliding each side piece into the base. Sturdy, easy to assemble and ergonomically a good solution for me.
