I really like the sturdy construction of this stand. It allowed me to raise my laptop to a better angle and elevation. Would purchase it again.

This is absolutely a 5 star item, high quality, sturdy, no dipping or falling or sagging. I bought this in October 2022 and its held my 14 laptop ever since I pulled it from the box. Not a single issue. Very strong, you will have to use both hands to pull it into position. I had to take the laptop off a few times to adjust the angle when 1st setting it up and its been perfect ever since. Im going to purchase a 2nd one for my wife to use with her iPad. This will make your laptop/tablet desk usage 100x better and it looks pretty sleek but simple, excellent design and construction. HIGHLY recommended. I also believe this will make an excellent tool to fight zombies if/when that happens, it weighs a good amount and is full metal. Get one ASAP!

I bought this expecting to return it, so my expectations were a little low, but Im genuinely happy with it. It is without a doubt going to hold anything you put on it. They really tightened down the joints so it requires a great deal of effort to adjust the position of your laptop, to the point Im concerned Im going to bend the edges of my laptop when adjusting it. The finish and texture are very nice, not too shiny or too matte and a very nice tactile feel. The rubber on the base and the laptop contact surface do a great job of keeping everything in place. I can fully rest my palms on my laptop and nothing budges no matter what angle its set at. I have mine placed on a monitor stand, and I like how this brings my laptop more forward. I was concerned the hooks that prevent the laptop from sliding down would get in the way during trackpad use or typing with how raised they are compared to the surface of my keyboard, but they somehow perfectly manage to stay out of the way and act as a brace of sorts when Im scrolling. That may just have to do with the size and shape of my hands though, YMMV with that. My only gripe is that its very difficult to adjust. I was hoping the joints would have some sort of adjustability, but Id rather it be too stiff and never have to worry about it wearing out over time than have it be too loose. All said, this is the best stand Ive had and the only one I would recommend.

This stand is much heavier than I had anticipated. The description on Amazon states the weight as 3 pounds but upon weighing it, it is only one ounce less than 4 pounds! The pivot points are rather stiff, but this serves to make it capable of supporting a considerable weight, over 40 pounds. It is beautifully milled and very sleek in appearance. It is milled from steel which surprised me since I expected aluminum. I cannot imagine it not lasting for one’s lifetime! Highly recommended!

Bought this to set up an additional laptop to my office space. The stand is really sturdy and the laptop does not slip. The only complaint I have is that it is a bit hard to bend it up/down which is probably best in the long run.
