Got for my son. He says he couldn’t get the lock to work. I haven’t sat to check it out myself yet, sorry. He doesn’t need the lock in general so hasn’t been an issue yet. Made well, very roomie. Fits his big water bottle!! Has the charging port that he loves. Happy with the bag.

Dope back pack. A place for everything!

It has all the features that are mentioned. it is super spacious too. Only drawback is that material is stiff and its feels bulky. Doesnt sit very comfortable on shoulders. I bought a 15inch.

First of all, this bag is great for traveling. Mine had a zipper issue, contacted the company, replaced with no questions asked. Would buy again.
