Space Heater, 1500W Electric Heaters Indoor Portable with Thermostat, PTC Fast Heating Ceramic Room Small Heater with Heating and Fan Modes for Bedroom, Office and Indoor Use

I wanted to love this small heater for the convenience of its operating dials and the features I needed. It had three heat settings, 500, 900, and 1500. I used all three depending on the circumstances. The thermostat is not useful when using this to heat ones person as I did. (Heating a space with electricity costs three times the price for the same heat using an efficient vented gas heater.) The adjustment dials of this heater were on the top which is great once you get to know them. They are also clicking analog switches, not the touch screen kind. That is super if like me you want to put the heater behind your swivel chair and turn it on to desired heat by feel. For the months it worked it was so nice to have the heat wafting up over me from behind. I never felt or smelled an overheating of the chair back at the 900 watt setting. I remember looking for an hour through the Amazon offer pages before I found this, and It was perfect for my needs. The fan did feel unbalanced and the device made a vibrating sound until I put my hand on it to steady it, but I put up with this small annoyance. Then today it quit, no fan no heat. Is that all you get for the twenty nine buck plus tax? Sad. Hark. The chill returns, Horatio. So after all that anguish, I discover that I had twisted the thermostat dial down when I though it was up all the way. Feeling a fool. It works now like it always did, some vibration that seems to go away with time. But the usefulness of the three heat settings makes this heater more versatile than the two heat competitors. I only wish it had two fan speeds.

Perfect desk heater! My office gets super cold and this small portable heater saves my life. It is small to fit under my desk and does not take up that much room. It keeps me warm and comfortable all day. Would recommend buying this if you’re always cold like me!

Its nice to use in the bedroom to keep just this room heated without having to heat the whole apartment.

I ordered this Aikoper space heater, but received one branded as Pelonis. It looks exactly the same as the pictures on here. I had a small 1500 watt space heater that I had bought at Walmart about four years ago and I used it in my office at home since my wife likes to keep the house cold at night. I had the old one on the floor and close to my feet underneath my desk to keep warm. That one worked just fine on the medium setting and I would occasionally need to put it on high to stay warm. That old heater died last night and since I needed one quick, I ordered this unit and Amazon had it to me about seven hours after ordering it (well done Amazon). I plugged her in and put her on the lowest setting and man did the unit put out heat! The lowest setting on the heat control knob (the right one) and the lowest setting on the thermostat (left control knob) is about twice as hot as the highest setting on my old space heater. On a medium or high setting, this thing can probably heat up a modest sized room within a half hour in winter. It warmed me up so fast, I actually had to turn the thermostat all the way down and keep the unit off for it to be comfortable. I am looking forward to using it during winter when my office gets really cold! The only negative of this space heater is that it puts out so much heat. It would have been nice to have one more level lower on the low side when you only need a touch of warmth and not a small furnace. But overall, for a $23 space heater, this thing is a great buy!

My room is pretty big and it only takes about 5-10 min to really warm it up.

It definitely works but I do believe its too strong for a under desk heater. You only have 3 heat settings that are not too different from one another(super hot), It dries my throat. I recommend this for bigger rooms.

Seriously, one of these tiny heaters works better than two of my tower heaters. We bought two of them and stayed comfortably warm in our apartment all winter. I also love that they automatically turn off you bump them over; my hyperactive teenager tested this safety feature amply and it always worked correctly.

First I’ll start by saying please don’t use it on the 2nd or 3rd heat settings. Your outlet in your house will get warm if not melt or worse catch fire. I’ve probably had this a month and use it every night. I only heat the house with wood stove and obviously while at work the house gets cold. My room at the end of the house will drop to 55 degrees some days. Well I turn this on the 1st heat output setting on the right and have the room temperature setting adjusted for 75. I got a small temperature reader for like five buck and you can just slowly turn the temperature setting on the heater until it shuts off at the temperature you want the room. I’ll close my bedroom door and it will take my room from 55-75 in about 45 minutes and keep it there no problem. Being on the first heat setting the plug nor the outlet ever get warm which is very safe and I feel very comfortable falling asleep with it running throughout the night. I recommend if you have this on the floor on carpet to place it on something at least 5 inches from the carpet just to be safe. The floor will get warm from it. I know it’s a lot but hope this helps!
