SparkPod 7 Spray Settings Shower Head - Adjustable High Flow Shower Head with Mist Setting - Showerhead Replacement Head for the Bathroom (8 Inch, Gold)

The installation took 2 minutes. Most of that time was taken up removing the old showerhead. I hand tightened then finished off with a vise grip wrench. It looks so good. I alternate between deluxe rain mode and power message mode. It is twice the size of my previous shower head and provides more coverage. I cant say it is more powerful than the previous one as the old one was a name brand, expensive shower head. This is comparable at much lower price. This is great value for the money.

My first impression upon opening the box was positive. Effort was put into the packaging and it made for a pleasant experience. Multiple filters are included, as well as instructions for removing the flow restriction in order to get maximum pressure. Teflon tape was included. The instructions were clear, concise, and easy to follow. A large lever on the front of the shower head lets you easily change between spray patterns. The mist setting will be excellent in warmer weather, as the mist it produces is so fine it causes a dramatic cooling effect. The rain setting is my favorite, and the wide head covers a lot of area at once. I removed the flow restriction, and did not try it with the restriction in place, so I cant comment how the pressure would be with the restriction in place. As tested, the pressure and flow was more than adequate.

This brand makes phenomenal showerheads at an affordable price. Not to mention the color selection. The large 8 inch head really does make it feel like a spa-like experience. The installation takes all of 5 minutes, maybe 8 if you include removing your old shower head. Adjusting the spray settings is also just as easy with the small knob on the side which slides a bit difficult at first but after a few times, gets easier.

The shower head arrived packaged in a small box packed with a handful of small accessories. Included are several filter screens, two flow restrictors and some Teflon tape. We installed the shower head with the 2.5 GPM flow restrictor. Installation was very easy and required wrapping the 1/2 threaded pipe with the supplied Teflon tape and tightening the shower head. The seven spray settings provide a lot of options for your showering pleasure. I enjoy the relaxing rain and the mist settings while my wife likes the high-pressure rain setting. With the high flow restrictor, theres plenty of water for whichever setting you choose. Physically, the shower head is large at 8 inches round. Its solidly constructed and finished in a blemish free matte black. The nozzles are made from a soft silicone material which makes them easy to clean. Were very happy with this shower head and will order more for our other two showers.

What’s not to love about seven different spray settings. This is a perfect size and looks great in my new shower. I wish I had realized what it doesn’t come with. This is only a shower head replacement not an entire shower system. Aside from that, the color is perfect with the rest of my oil rubbed bronze fixtures.

This rain shower head is premium quality and luxurious. It sprays a huge mist that is quite relaxing while taking a hot shower. There is a variety of other settings including a rain and massage settings. The shower head was quick and easy to install. There is plumbers tape included in case the fitting is a bit off. During use, the shower head is easy to maneuver. This is an amazing shower head especially considering the much lower price compared to similar premium shower heads!

Build quality: The build quality is very nice. The shower head looks and feels like a top end shower head costing much more than this. There are no defects. The ABS plastic looks like a matte metal finish and is very well done in addition is much more durable than metal and easier to clean. Crisp Function Selection, No leaks The function selector moves easily with one hand without much effort even when the shower is flowing. Each setting clicks into place. There are no leaks when changing selection. No corrosion Weve been using this showerhead for a few months now and there is no corrosion build up at all! Spray Settings There are 4 base functions that are used to make up the 7 spray settings. Each function alone is a spray setting and 3 settings are made by combining 2 of the functions together. Base functions: 1: power mist: Activates the inner most 6 nozzles (see picture 3) of the head with the highest flow /force 2: power message: Activates the middle ring of 18 nozzles (see picture 3) with a medium flow/force 3: Relaxing rainfall: activates about 49 nozzles on the outer portion of the head for a fuller low force water flow. 4: Mister: are the 5 large nozzles in a ring about. Combined settings: The three additional settings are made by combining the above base functions: 4 and 2 = Power Massage + mist 4 and 3 = Refreshing Rain 1 and 3 = Deluxe Rain [Review of all Spray Settings] Function 1+3 : Power + Rain This is my favorite setting so I mentioned it first. It produces the most flow of water and provides a great shower. The massage isnt as strong as when used alone but this is great for getting a large volume of water with wide coverage to heat up your body quickly or get soap off quickly as well. This setting feels great and is excellent for showering. Functions 1: power mist I dont really get much mist out of this but it is a very high pressure spray. This is only good if you are trying to hit one particular spot and isnt really practical for me to take a shower with. Functions: 2 Massage This works well for showering and provides a strong flow with some force to help massage muscles Function: 3 Rain This also works very well and provides an excellent low force wide flow of water great for warming up and washing off soap quickly Function 4 Mister: I find the mister only works well when it is the only function used, otherwise there isnt enough pressure to get the the mister to work properly. The mister function itself I dont find relaxing or helpful as it doesnt really have enough water output to feel and wont really heat up your body if you like warm showers. Combined Mister + Rain, Mister + Massage At least on my shower I dont get enough pressure out of the mister function for this to work properly and it end up just being a lower pressure version of the rain or massage function. Final thoughts: This is an excellent high quality shower head. It looks great, like metal but is a very durable ABS plastic. The price is excellent and I highly recommend it.

I routinely remove the pressure restrictor from every showerhead I buy, but Ive never had one come with instructions on how to do it. Until now. This showerhead comes with the installed low-flow restrictor, a higher flow restrictor, and a fully unrestricted screened washer. I opted for the full-flow version and am very happy. The water shoots out of this thing like mad, and Im loving it! I also love that the swivel joint at the base gives a wider than usual range of motion, letting me aim it from almost straight down to almost horizontal. Ill note that this very large head has quite a bit of volume inside it, so it take a few moments to fill up and provide full flow, and then when you turn it off, it drips out over a long time.

I have wanted a new shower head for sometime. I decided to get this one because it advertised everything I wanted, even says it works with lower water pressure. It was a quick, easy install. Kit includes everything needed. It has screens and the two different water flow restrictors. We have lower water pressure, but not horrible. We tried with and without the restrictors and have yet to get the desired effects from all of the settings. With that being said, 4 out of the 7 are decent and actually very relaxing to me. I just wish we better pressure to feel the full effects! As other mentioned, the misty type settings produce a cool (not cold) mist. Actually feels pretty nice, but not something I would enjoy daily. It is easy to switch between settings, which I saw others struggled with. Mine moved with very little effort. Overall I am impressed with this shower head and could see purchasing for our other bathroom if the need arises.
