I purchased these bags to ship small amounts of gel powder for manicures. I bought these small storage bags for backpacking. On the trail, space is premium, especially when trying to fit food into a bear canister. I use the small bags to divide snacks and small items into more manageable, malleable packaging to maximize room. I am very happy with these bags. The zip fasteners are strong and airtight.
