> 24 hourWe bought this for a childrens party activity and loved keeping it for home use too. We use it indoors and out in the yard. The kids use it for imaginative play like the floor is lava LOL and I love it for the sensory input and learning skills. Having a color option other than the typical primary colors is an added bonsu

> 24 hourThe grandkids loved playing with these and even grandma and grandpa joined in the fun. We played hot lava (no one can touch the floor) every day for a week, multiple times per day while their parents were on vacation. Even now, 6 months later, it is the two year olds favorite toy. Its the first thing he plays with every morning. Their other grandma just asked me for ordering info so she could order a set to keep at her house when all her grandkids come to play. Helps littles work on large motor skills like balance, stepping up and down, plus learning colors and taking turns. Bigger kids love it too, even gram and gramps! I ordered these at the same time I ordered the set of balance beams. We built a pathway thru the lava. I am going to buy more of these for gifts to nephews. Love it!

> 24 hourMy 2.5yo daughter loves these and knew just what to do with them when they came out of the package. She makes stepping stones out of every box and book she can find so these were worth it - though a little pricey at 39.99 for 5 stepping stones. They are sturdy, though (my brother in law gave them a try - I dont recommend that but they held him up!) And they dont slip on our carpet. My one gripe is, why the heck do they have that hard ridge all around the edge? Anytime my daughter slips while standing on them (which, I assume, is intended since they are meant to teach gross motor skills) she scrapes her foot across it and it hurts enough for her to come crying boo boo. Shes pretty steady on her feet so not a huge concern, but still. Seems like a pretty big design flaw. Also, the smallest stone is pretty slippery.

> 24 hourI used this in a classroom of 2-6 yr olds and they all enjoyed it. Super sturdy, easily stackable (both into a cone shape or into a flat 1 layer), making it easy to store. It was $39.99 when I bought it and I thought that was a fair price for the quality.

> 24 hourMy son is 18 months and he loves these balance stones. They started out challenging for him, but he’s progressed with them. He can do it all on his own now
