06-06-2025Product was shipped defective, and whoever packaged the product acknowledged the defect before packaging. The peg board leg used to mount the basket on the wall was detached from the product and scotch taped to the package. Am I to fix this myself before mounting? Do I now have to return this product during the little free time that I have? I will be calling to complain, this is unacceptable service, prime or not.

05-06-2025This is an ideal rack to mount behind the bathroom/toilet door, and will hold 4x toilet rolls, wipes and a spray. Simple, gets them off the floor, and comes with screws and plugs for fitting to the dryway.
