> 3 dayIve used Speedball water-soluble inks for decades--first as an elementary school art teacher and now for at-home projects. Bright colors, rolls out nicely with brayer, dries quickly.

05-06-2025This product is nice, but the ink dries very quickly so I recommend using some retarder to slow down the drying of the ink, especially if youre planning on printing large editions. Also, it doesnt seem to work very well with battleship linoleum so I would recommend using it on woodblocks. Clean up is very easy with just soap and water.

> 3 dayI couldnt settle on a color to try with my printmaking students, so I bought this assortment instead. Nice colors, even coverage with a brayer. We did foam tray prints and monoprints using tin foil and a Q-tip and both printmaking techniques worked well with these inks. Not permanent, but they do clean up well. Ill buy the Speedball inks again.

> 3 dayGreat for kids printmaking projects. We used this to do printmaking with foam printing plates in conjunctions with the Melissa and Doug Block printing paper. The ink does come out pretty thick, but its no problem making vibrant prints. Just make sure to thoroughly ink your plates and not wait too long to print. No complaints for the variety of colors and amount you get for this price.
