Solid case to protect my investment. Used Spigen for my Samsung Galaxy tab S7+, S8 and Apple iPad pro, never failed on me.

I got mine under the used... like new header... in the description it said open box, packaging damaged, and got it under the two days delivery. The box seemed like its seen better days, but the product was inside in a bag, looked like brand new. Even the label on the box says thank you for buying this open boxed item (This is not the first open boxed item I got.... I got AVS ventshades for my vehicle and they were in great shape also.) This is a two piece case... and even has a kickstand built in. All the cut outs are perfect, even for the fingerprint/power button at the top. If I could find one for my s7+, Ill definitely get one for it the same way.

-would categorized protection level at Medium to low duty -would not recommend if the Tab s7 is meant for younger children. id recommend looking into a fully covered at least water resistant case if the children allowed unsupervised access. -for example. i wouldnt let my 5 year old take this out to the backyard to watch his you tube shows by himself. I have had this case on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 for 4 months. I immediately installed right when my tablet was delivered. The installation was easy and fits the dimension perfectly for the tablet that it was designed for. All cut outs that allow access to the charging port and power/bio metric scanner are aligned in the correct spots, they are centered, and are made wide enough for easy access while maintaining optimal protection. The volume rocker is covered but no noticeable additional force is need to depress each side. As seen in the pictures the viewing area is exposed and minimally protected by the raised edges. I personally prefer this design over cases that have a clear plastic over the screen. Choosing viewing quality over screen protection and understand the potential risk with suck and exposed screen. If it had come with the a hard clear screen protector and could not be easily removed without causing damage to the case. I wouldnt have bought it. Because of the pandemic i am mostly using my tablet at home and i dent really take it outside. I think this makes a difference because the upstairs is carpeted and i am not really worried if the case will protect my tablet from from any height it can fall from outside of tossing from the top step down to the first floor. I gave it a 2 out of 5 for sturdiness because the outside layer of the case inst very strong. The only time my tablet has impacted a hard floor was about a 4ft drop off the dinner table the case on. The stand at the back was locked in the open position. On impact the outer shell was damaged. a crack ran across the back opposite of the pen holder and in no time the shell that wraps around the bezel towards the front facing camera has fell completely off is and also there was damage to the track that allows the back stand support piece to slide up and down. The stand cannot be used if the support piece cannot stay in the track. After it dropped it was still fully functioning and if i remove the case there is still not a scratch of any kind anywhere on the tablet. In its current condition the tablet will still definitely qualify for open box - excellent condition. This is good news but again it was only one fall from i would say a standard height table.

Fits well, nice feeling. Looks the protection is great (didnt drop test it though). The back lag is very useful when holding a tablet in hands. Id say its not only for table-stand use. Its very comfortable to hold it with one hand when that lag is opened.

There are surprisingly few cases for the S7 that I liked. Many cases have a slot for the S pen to the side of the tablet which increases overall size and doesnt let the pen charge. I also wanted something that would protect the edges against some bumps but not be super bulky like the Otterbox style cases. I think the Spigen is a good compromise between the two extremes. Pros: -Case fits really well. It was a bit of a pain to get the hard plastic back snapped on when putting the tablet in the case. -Pen is not likely to get lost. There are rubber clips that hold the S pen in place so its less likely to get knocked off and lost. -Kickstand is usable. Seems to only keep it at 2 angles, which is fine because it allows using it for viewing media and another for productivity. -Precise cutouts. Volume buttons work and the fingerprint scanner is uncovered. -Able to use a screen protector. The case stays very near to the edge so you can use a screen protector without any issues. Cons: -Theres really no good place to hold it while laying down. I know there are cases that have a hand strap but I think the tablet is too heavy for this to be practical and I think it adds extra bulk for something that wouldnt really be used all the time. -Case above fingerprint scanner is really thin. Theres not much that can be done about this since the scanner cant be blocked but if the case does break, itll surely be at this point. -Pen nib is really close to plastic divider. When slotted on the back, the pen is really close to the plastic piece that separates the pen area from the camera cutout. I would think that over time from just changing grip, you are going to push the nib into that plastic and shorten its lifespan. Would have been nicer if the piece was removed so the camera and pen slot was just one cutout. Or if Samsung had made it so you could charge the pen in either orientation. You could always reverse the pen but it will drain out over the course of a few days. Ive had this case for a little while now and Im happy with it. With all the choices out there, I would buy this case again since it checks all the boxes I have for it. The only gripes I have are a lack of places to hold it easily, pen cutout and the fact that theres no screen protection when not in use (like a flip cover). None of these are deal breakers and the case works fine.

I ordered the Spigen case for my Tab S8 because a previous version did a nice job with my S6 Lite. However, I didnt have any screen protector issue getting the S6 Lite fitted as Im having now with the S8. The fit is very tight and when snapped in place, my screen protector begins to form air bubbles around the corners of the device. Apparently, theres very little wiggle room for the case/protector combo so Im going to look elsewhere to see if theres something with a little more forgiveness.

As always Spigen has delivered on another great protective cover for my new Samsung Tab S7. I have used this brand since I began using tablets and it has never failed to protect my devices. I have dropped tablets from the top of roofs and had no issue(this was not intentional). I am rough on equipment in my job and this product does a great job helping me to protect my equipment.

So Ive had a lot of tablet cases. For the Tab S7 alone, Ive bought two third party cases and the official book cover. For my previous tablet, the Tab S4, I tried a rugged case, two different book covers, and the official keyboard case. Time after time, I would find that nobody had the perfect mix of sturdiness, a sleek design, and good functionality. That was the case up until I found this awesome Spigen case. It does everything its supposed to do perfectly. The kickstand is solid, the design is clean and minimal, the fingerprint sensor is exposed for easy access, and the pen holder gives me confidence that Ill never lose my S-Pen. The fact that the kickstand collapses into the body of the case is incredibly helpful too because it doesnt get in the way when I want to use the tablet in portrait mode (unlike the front flap of book cover cases). Its easily the best case Ive used. So now I have a Spigen case on both my phone and my tablet. I wish I had bought this thing sooner! There is only one thing that I wish had been done a little bit differently. The S-Pen is easy to put in incorrectly because it can rotate when you put it in the rubber holder clips. If its incorrectly rotated, it wont stick to the magnet in the tablet and wont charge. Overall though, great case! Id easily recommend it!

Spigen protects all my families phones and tablets. Very good quality and fit. Cant go wrong with this. I switched to this one from the book style. Which is also very high quality but just wasnt working for me.
