Spinner Travel Upright Luggage Hereford, Magenta, 4-Wheel 28

I’ve now used this for my 2nd work trip and it’s already falling apart. The wheels are so hard to control, my arms are so sore from pulling it around. The zipper also busted already without me packing a lot into it, and there several loose threads. I just bought a new one and plan to trash this one. I wouldn’t recommend.

Love the suitcase. Seems good quality. My only gripe is that they put a big sticker on the top that leaves residue behind, and you cant use goof off on it out it strips the paint. What a pain. Cant believe companies still use those stickers.

Product arrived quickly, which was important. The handle adjustment got “sticky” after just a few uses but not completely broken and, with maneuvering, is still able to be adjusted. Not something you want to experience quickly after a purchase

I was so excited to receive this set right before leaving for France for a month. What I received was only the 20 carry on so with only 2 days to spare, I had to do a last minute physical search of stores nearby for the luggage I needed. Why does it say (8 wheels, 20/28)?

Nice suitcase but the pink is definitely not as bright pink as the photo shows. Was a little disappointed in color as the blue is a bright pretty blue and green is a neon green. But it works.

Surpassed my expectations.

The bag came double boxed and wrapped in a protective plastic so it came perfect. The inside zipper between the fabric and the case is sewn backwards lol no big deal though. It rolls ok, but does feel off from one side to the other, which could be because its empty. Over all I am happy with the purchase and cant wait to use it for my next trip.

I was looking for luggage in this lime green color and couldnt be happier with my purchase. The only issue I have run into is the large sticker that comes on the front of the luggage- the adhesive is very difficult to remove from the bumpy texture. I have yet to get it all off.

I wanted the 20” and go the 24” I wanted to use it as a carry on and needed the 20” for a trip in two weeks very disappointed.
