I needed some new umbrellas where my old ones all broke. I found this one, where it boasted a unique inverted design and windproof, so I had to get them to try. I was not dissapointed, these work great. And wow, do they pop up and stay up too. We had some pretty strong winds, and this is the first one, that basically, didnt even try to close it or rip it upwards, very cool. The button works easily, pop up and retraction works great. The handle swivel and the flashlight button is really nice too. The light is pretty bright and lights a good way in front of me. I love the size too, easy to tuck away and grab when needed. The big surprise, is that they came with, what I call rubbers, where they go over the shoes, and keep the shoes water proof. However, the old models were pretty standard, and never lasted long. These are so well made, thicker plastic and the soles are like tennis shoe quality. I tried them on, they feel great over the shoes, and would keep the water out too. No cons, pretty good deal, where I am very happy with the purchase.

Dont get caught in the rain! But if you do, make sure you have this essential item! Stong, study, windproof, and it comes with a flash light!

The light never came on and the open and close button stopped working. I purchased four that money down the drain.

I love this umbrella! I was able to stay dry the entire time. I have had worse experiences with Tote Umbrellas and this one is by far the best!

I thought it would be good when walking t he dog in the rain and dark. The lights did not work and the snap strap to keep the umbrella wrapped tight is too short. You have to fold pleats and then pull very hard to get it snapped. The case is almost impossible to get back over the umbrella. But I managed since I am returning, not replacing.

Nice umbrella that seems more sturdy in the wind than some cheaper umbrellas that Ive used. Unfortunately it will turn upside down when the wind is strong and you will get soaked, so I cant really call it windproof. The way it operates is nice though. Push the button and it opens. Push the button again and it closes. Very easy to use. Overall I recommend this umbrella. Only complaint is the strap that wraps around it is very tight and is hard to buckle. Im afraid it will eventually break. Also its almost impossible to get the umbrella into the case, but thats not really a big deal.

I give it a 5 star because of the price …. But it looks weak and it is bulky when you close it … it is hard to wrap the strap to keep it close … but i am worry about the quality … it feels cheap … i will give it a try … now it is Hurricane season so i will put it to a test …… i like the plastic cover shoes but it is size XXL but i will still use it when needed …..

I bought 2 for my son’s school backpacks. They are difficult to re-fold once opened. They are no longer sleek. They are awkward and bulky and the wrap around strap needs to be stretched to re-snap. Too difficult for travel. A bit pricey and not worth the money.
