> 3 dayThese are the best. I frequently get hay splinters that can be very hard to remove, but these make my life so much easier.

> 3 dayI bought these almost a year ago after a huge debacle trying to get a splinter out of my older son’s foot the old fashioned way. It’s not a bad thing that they’ve been sitting untouched. However, today brought the moment that my 2 year old ran up, crying and holding his pointer finger out to me with no visible boo boo. Upon further inspection, there it was: a splinter. I was secretly excited to finally open up one of the packages and see what it looked like, but I was worried about how my 2 year old would react. After a few investigative pokes, I needed to bribe him with a Fruit By the Foot to hold in one hand and told him I would open it if he let me get the splinter out of the other hand. There was some trial and error on my part with it being my first time to use one of these, but I am shocked at how smoothly (all things considered) removal went. Very glad I had these on hand and have now vowed to ALWAYS have some on hand! Highly recommend these!

> 3 dayI recently had to use one of these to removing a sliver of metal that made a home in my finger. The point on the end is extremely sharp and does its job well, MUCH better and more precise than the old safety pin and squeeze method. I havent had a chance to use on any material other than metal but I feel confident these work wonders on wood splinters also.

> 3 dayThis is a must have for any first aid kit! In our house, with 3 young very active children we need this in our home at all times for those pesky slivers! It can be so traumatizing for your youngest to get a sliver, and seriously this makes it such a piece of cake to remove those slivers. Each remover comes in its own paper wrapper. One end has a tiny needle like tip on it, and that tip makes it so much easier to get at the sliver. You DO have to have your own tweezers on hand. Just to describe how easy this is, when our youngest gets a sliver he just gets so worked up he wont let us touch the boo-boo and even try to take out the sliver, we have seriously waited until he falls asleep and then we remove it, and he never knows! Easy as Pie! A splinter out is probably one of those things you dont use that often, but definitely worth to have it in your home for those just in cases!
