> 24 hourThese Sposie booster pads are very interesting and useful. They can hold at least 1/2 cup of liquid from the test I conducted. So, when placed in baby’s diaper, they will certainly help absorb a good amount of pee. The material is pretty soft so chaffing should not be an issue. However, these pads are not very environment friendly as far as I can tell. I much prefer reusable diapers, but I thought I would try these for when I am in a pinch and need to line one of my reusable diapers for baby. The materials don’t appear to be very biodegradable. Also, there is strange gel that serves as the absorbent. The Sposie website says that the gel is safe and has been tested by other product companies. However, if the booster breaks fully, then your baby or toddler could easily ingest some of this gel. My recommendation is that you change these pads after every pee, that you don’t leave your baby unattended with the pad if you think they are going to play with their diaper, and consider avoiding using them at night if you don’t change the diaper in the middle of the night. The gel is probably mostly safe, but I am a little weary of materials like this. This product is a result of individualistic consumeristic cultures that feel rushed, overworked, and a need for everything to be easy. Because I do exist in such a culture, I recommend these for overworked people who really need a break. However, they should only be used occasionally and not as a substitute to using techniques that don’t contribute huge quantities of waste to our waters and landfills. They should be used sparingly for emergencies or difficult days. Otherwise, please consider using more traditional methods like cotton reusable diapers so that we can be more gentle on our lovely planet Earth. Plus, cotton may be more breathable and safe for your baby!

> 24 hourOur daughter started sleeping long stretches at night when she was in a size 1 diaper but would wake up because she was soaked. We would have to change her diaper, clothes, clean her up, change the sheet and get her back down to bed. Because they don’t make nighttime diapers for little sizes, we bought these and haven’t had an issue since. She sleeps through the night most nights now, as long as they’re positioned correctly in the diaper. Definitely worth the money

> 24 hourThese are not tough and they do not fall apart like other reviewers said. I think some people believe youre supposed to take the contents out of the wrapping, which is not true. You simply place it in the diaper. My daughter is 5 months and wears a size 2 diaper. She sleeps through the night and is a belly sleeper. Got the N-3 size and they fit the diaper great. No issues with leaks so far.

> 24 hourWe were at our wits end with soaked nighttime diapers when we finally found these. We paired them with an overnight diaper and finally had a solution to get our son through the night without a wet belly in the morning! These are super absorbent and soft. My only complaint is I wish they had some adhesive on them like a pad because it is hard to keep the liner in place with the diaper when changing a wiggly baby at bedtime.

> 24 hourI bought these after reading all of the great reviews. The morning after the first use, my son woke up with a wet back due to a leaky diaper. I decided to try again the next night and by morning, the same thing! Such a waste of money and now I’m stuck with three packages of these useless pads.

> 24 hourThese work great to catch anything the diaper might not catch. Doesn’t matter if you are using a high end diaper or a low cost diaper these are worth adding to it.

> 24 hourThese are awesome for kiddos who pee a lot but don’t fit into overnight diapers. My daughter no longer soaks her pajamas and sheets with these pads. She also has sensitive skin and has never had a reaction to these.

> 24 hourNot sure if we need them or not, but the baby is not wet in the morning. He wasn’t before but the pediatrician recommended these.
