These work great for catching the overflow. We use cloth diapers, for economical reasons. But at night it a constant battle to our darling dry and not have to change the under pad and wake a sleeping baby. So we decided to give these a try. We are very please with the results. While it adds a bit of extra money it is well worth it to have a dry and happy baby. It holds up well to night time wettings and keeps our tot dry and happy.

Makes night time diaper changes a thing of the past!! We put one in diaper right after bath time and baby is good until morning, unless they have a bowel movement. Excellent product, worth buying.

I just tuck one of these in my son’s size 2 diaper before putting him to bed and it keeps his little bum dry. It absorbs a TON of pee and makes for a heavy diaper in the morning, but it does its job! Definitely not just for newborn diapers either- this will fit in any size.

I started putting these in my twins diapers when they were around 3 months old; I make sure to add diaper cream as well. This helped them with sleeping through the night. It does not have an adhesive, be sure to make sure it is in the right precision. This also helps us in detecting when the babies are about to go up a size in their diapers. They do have larger pad sizes, but they are still using these small sizes at 17 months old.

Got this as an overnight sanitary napkin extension. Especially on heavy days that I always have leaks on my bed. It is soft and absorbent enough to get me through the night without leaks.

These hypoallergenic, made in the USA, diaper booster pads are great! They fit my size 1 All Good brand diapers perfectly. My little boy has been in a diaper with these booster pads for up to a 9 hour stretch and there have been no leaks. I also like how they are thin, and dont add too much bulk to the diaper.

All the pictures show the pad being quilted, which is the only reason I got them. Reviews said they work great for tummy sleepers. I must have gotten a new style or something because none of the 3 packs I got were quilted. When my tummy sleeper wets in these, they ball up in the front of his diaper and make him more uncomfortable. It did the exact opposite of what I wanted. I am going to return them and hopefully get my money back even though theyre all open and some used.
