If you ride a bike of any kind ebike or regular you need this item .Oh my goodness this will take the stress off your back ,the bumps in the road or on the trail will almost be almost unnoticeable ,and when you get off from a long ride is when you will really notice the difference.

I really liked this but it did add several inches to the seat height which makes it a lot more difficult to get on and off the bike, also more difficult to pedal.

I bought this to smooth out the bumps on my hard tail... wow makes a huge difference, I almost have a full suspension bike now. I did measure incorrectly and ordered the wrong size but instead of doing a return I just purchased seat post shim which worked perfect.

I have a bad lower back and my new eBike doesn’t have any suspension, front or rear. So I did the research and decided to go with the Suntour NCX. So happy I did. My ride is so much smoother. Bump and cracks that I would swerve around to avoid impact on my back I now roll straight over, and my back barely feels a thing. The spring absorbs pretty much all the impact. Easy to install with the correct shim for my specific seat post inner diameter. By far the best accessory I’ve added to my new eBike. Well worth the cost…it’s a godsend! Seriously, if you have a lower back issues and feel the jar of every bump in the road, but this seat post. You won’t be sorry. Best purchase of 2021 for me…other than the actual eBike itself.
