Call me crazy- but I have buried this statue in the front yard of the last 3 homes I’ve sold- yes, I dig it back up each time. All have sold within a few days. It’s worth a try, especially in this cooling market.

I was disappointed that the instructions didnt have how to bury the statue. Some people said upside down, some have said laying down, and some standing up. I didnt know what to do.

Well I did it and we had a huge increase in people viewing our hime but the offer we received was so low it was a joke. Have to share it was an investor wanting to do a quick flip but everything is updated in our home and for them to come in so low was a waste of our time and effort.
