The 28” checked bag did not survive one trip on Jet Blue and the 21” carry on scratches super easy. $250 for luggage you use one time and it breaks is a joke. Also the 10 year warranty is a complete scam, they don’t cover damage if it happened while being handled by an airline. My $100 Amazon luggage lasted over a decade with no cracks or scratches. This plastic is cheap and horribly engineered. If you buy this luggage you are lighting money on fire.
