Sta-Lube General Purpose Lithium Grease, 14-Ounce

Seems to be a good grease, mainly used for home and automotive use.

I purchased this to grease the Z-axis acme threaded rod on my 3D printer as well as the rails and gears on my cars sunroof. It works great and, given the amount you get at this price, is a really good value. One end has pop tab like you see on soda cans and the other has a plastic cap. If youre not using it with a grease gun, be sure to open it from the end with the plastic cap so you can re-seal it.

The grease does not have the same consistancy as other greases. I have it in my tool box and went to use it and it looks like motoroil is leaking out of the gun.

Good basic lithium grease at the right price.

I use a large amount of grease. I typically purchase red moly grease for use are large oil field valves. I also use this grease for my vehicles that have grease points. I got tired of using red grease and it always staining everywhere it touched. I didnt really need a high pressure grease. I recently purchased this Sta lube General Purpose Grease and so far have been very impressed. It has really held up. Also it is very water resistant. I havent even got to the best part. This grease is SUPER cheap!!! With as much as I use it I can afford purchase cases of it at a time. This is really good stuff. Try it.

The tube seems like there is a lot of air. Verses needing more grease.
