They do the job but in my opinion they are not stiff enough. They are for example no where near as stiff as a plumbers pipe cleaning SS brush.

    Breaks way to easy.

The wire is so thin and weak. The twisted end is also weak, bent and broken after a little while. This is not suitable for paint removal.

Good quality brush. I use it to cleaning brake caliper slider pin. It is the perfect size. It works well.

Expect to burn through one of these every time you use it. The bristles come flying out everywhere. And will stick into your skin, even going thru your clothing. In addition to leaving tiny steel bristles every where. Which if you have pets is very bad. would not recommend.

High quality brush. I used one to clean the threads inside threaded pipe fittings and to clean surface rust from the inside of some steel boxes. The bristles stay in place, clean well and hold their shape [within reason]. I am satisfied with this product. Money well spent.

I bought these to scale rust before paint. They work great with a cheap battery drill! Just dont turn them counterclockwise; the bristles are twisted in-between two twisted wires. If you turn it counterclockwise, it loosens and they start falling out. First one didnt last too long, the second couple lasted a long long time.
