I dont use this like my chiropractor does, I go alot easier just to get the blood flowing in my problem areas. I find this works better than foam rolling. I use palmers body butter and it works perfect!

Perfect for legs and thighs. It’s a bit too big for other body parts like back and chest. It’s kinda awkward.

Sturdy comes in a little bag where u can store it. So far so good. Although they may be pricier than other equipment I feel you only need to buy once and never again so it evens out

If you want to self gua sha and get all the spots by yourself this is it! I have a lot of scar tissue in between my shoulder blades and I was able to get it with this tool doing it alone.

I really like this tool. Been using it on my husbands neck and upper back to help him with take of motion and it works nicely. The tool feels solid and because it is heavy you don’t have to put pressure you just slide it on the areas you are working on. Obviously you should use oil with any of these tools. This one is great especially for the price.

Love this and use it regularly on my legs. So easy to glide over skin and work the yucky parts out. Obsessed, quality is better than expected.
