Perfect addition to ensemble for the masquerade ball we will be attending.

This was perfect for my 12 year olds Halloween costume! The quality of the cape was good. She wanted a really long cape and this one just hit the floor (she’s 5 feet tall). The fabric a little thin, but still looked very nice on. Would recommend.
