Its what youd expect from a brand like Stanley, a well thought out solid design. You can tell its built well, and the rotating dial is a really nice bonus. The only criticism is that the magnetic bottom is just two magnetic inserts rather than the whole base being magnetic. For most cases this wouldnt matter at all, but if you needed to magnetically clamp it to something that was variegated, it would slightly limit at which points you could fit it. But as I said, thats such a tiny gripe and Ive not found another spirit level that Id rather have, so highly recommend this!

I bought this to replace an older level that I was finding increasingly hard to see, especially in lower light conditions. The totally open top design makes this much quicker and easier to use. It has taken a few tumbles and knocks without any damage, so far. It is that bit chunkier and not so easy in and out of side pockets as my older, slimmer one. The magnets are quite strong. My old level had the full length strip, but could not hang on any where near as well as this one. My old level was plastic and you could easily forget you had it in your pocket. Not this one! The adjustable vial is not something I have had any use for yet, but is a good firm fit and not loose in any way. Apart from the possible side pocket problems (will not fit in some work trousers) I cannot fault this level. Solid, weighty, well built, very easy to read in any light conditions and looks good too. Well worth the money.

Great quality and well designed.

An excellent purchase. My new washer was making noises and my parents raised the possibility that it might not be set correctly installed, it might not be level. I purchased this product and now know the washer is slightly off, not to any serious extent but its still good to know. I then used this product on all surfaces around my home, just to make sure...

Great product. Im a fencer by trade and this is a great pocket level Nice and handy. Great for metal fencing with the magnets on the bottom very acurate. Would highly recommend

muy buen nivel, muy buena calidad y robusto, es super útil pero le he encontrado una pega: como tiene los imanes en ángulos (para nivelar tubería cilíndrica) hay veces que no pisa bien en superficies metálicas y me juega alguna mala pasada, pero si controlas eso, es un excelente nivel

Another good level from Stanley. Good build quality and has built in magnets on base. The way you can adjust the angle of one of the side levels is a great addition to this level
