> 3 dayHad this one month and it’s already broken, where other fatmax tapes I’ve had in the past have lasted at least a year or more. Very disappointed

29-11-2024This is a true beast. It’s well made, rubberised in part to help it survive if you drop it, (which is what caused the death of my last one ( not this make ) ) …. It’s really quite heavy so might not suit all… but it’s a well made product , as you’d expect with Stanley products… it’s easy to use and easy to read.

27-11-2024Used it today for the 1st time. It was heavy enough to stabilize an unsuported perspex sheet while I made some marks. Im glad to own this tape measure.

26-11-2024Youd need to be pretty strong to cope with this; its heavy and the metal tape can get out of control. But Im not strong and not used to it. Builders etc would probably have no problem.

> 3 dayIt’s easy to read the numbers. The tape is wider than my old tape measure. Delivered quickly.

> 3 dayonly complaint about this tape is that it falls off a lot when clipped to my waist. On the plus side it is very robust and is well able to withstand the abuse.

> 3 dayIt is a decent size but I expect the locking mechanism to be more durable.

> 3 dayYou can’t argue with a well-built tool. The blade stretches over a long distance. The tape fits well in the hand, and is designed to take a good beating. The belt clip comes off easily. Make sure you write your name on it.
