What can I say - the best tape measure you can buy one one that will hand down to your children.

I have a 33-425 that I got in 1985, still works good since its 37 years old, also have a lufkin from 1985(still works) need a new one as I have 4 tapes and can never find one, Menards broke, another broke and this is the only one that still works its the only Stanely that i own now i need to replace the broke ones that are only 5-10 years old

Works well. Easy for my senior parents to use around the house. Really solid and durable.

I used only a few times over the course of several months before the tape broke and, because the broken tape was then stuck, rendered the entire measuring tape unusable. You wouldnt think you could screw this up too badly, but apparently even a measuring tape can be made quite poorly...
