> 3 dayNeeded a replacement so this looked fine. For me personally I find it a bit heavy so I dont love it but I went for the longer tape over a shorter one that I had before. Had to put my name on it though as most workmen use these and they nearly picked mine up.

> 3 dayJust what youd expect from a Stanley product. Really good solid tape.

> 3 dayWe had some building work at our office and this tape has been very helpful to take measures for the blinds and shelves! Great product! Very sturdy.

23-11-2024I do a lot of DIY and use a tape-measure most days. I have used all sorts of brands over the years, from expensive through to tapes from the pound shop! This is one of the best tapes Ive ever used though - very smooth in and out, very solid lock and the perfect size - can fit into a pocket easily, but at the same time not too small as to be fiddly and unusable. I would certainly buy another Stanley, but the build-quality of this tape is such that I highly doubt Ill need to buy another one for a very long time!

Greater than one weekThis is a fantastic tape measure. Well worth paying a couple of pounds more for the Stanley over other cheaper makes from “the sheds”. This really looks like it will last a while

> 3 dayItem is bulkier than I was expecting for a pocket tape measure. As with all tape measures they could improve the grip at the end.

> 3 dayIt’s a tape measure, so, it does what it says! However, does feel like quality and would recommend

> 3 dayHave found that my current 5m tape just doesnt quite do all the jobs needed of it so 8m seemed perfect. Strong clearly marked wider than usual tape and robust housing make this a good buy. My only reason for 4* is that the tape lock just doesnt feel quite strong enough. Happy with the buy though

> 3 dayDoes the job handy that’s 8 m. Can’t get lock to stay on sometimes. Works well enough
