Honolulu was completely out of this mug! Even the airport! I was so excited to find one even if it was more expensive!!!

When I received a mug cup, the box was damaged, and it was not packed (bubble wrap). Even if it is fragile ceramic, especially, Pictures of Cup are inferior. For instance, Even Hawaiis spelling is out of balance. One side is down and tilted. Overall, It is a very terrible mug cup.

Cup was in perfect condition, arrived on time and in original box.

My “Hawaii” Starbucks mug arrived in record time as promised. The mug was packaged in a gift box as pictured on Amazon. Thanks!

It is the perfect cup and I love it!

Love the “Been there” series of mugs. The Starbucks stores in the airport in Honolulu were all out of stock when I was leaving so I had to purchase in on Amazon. I paid a lot more but was happy to find a way to get a mug.
