Pretty straight forward mounting. I would like better anchors (the hardware is great - the anchors are cheap). I recommend fastening on studs. If you have different sized bikes, a little planning will help with space. I was able to mount 3 bikes, each 16 inches apart (on the studs). They pivot sideways easily, and when centered, the handle bars interlock. If you want more space between bikes, I recommend better anchors, or mount a ledger board on studs, then mount the rack system to that board. Once you plan it out - youll love the rack system.

If you have a home with a garage or a condo and need to save space, Steadyrack is the answer for your bike. Im not much of a handyman, but this was easy to install. It allows your bike to swing in either direction while securely holding your bike in place. Pop a wheely to roll the bike onto the rack. The build quality is solid with plastic trimmings for an aesthetically pleasing look. I have mine spread out, but they can be installed closer. I strongly recommend this product for bike storage over the ceiling or other installations.

Best bike storage rack by far! Super easy to install. Super easy to store and retreive bikes. The space saving 160 deg swing feature was just what we needed in our garage. Only weakness is the end caps are tough to squeeze to remove. I broke a plastic tab during the assembly...fortunately it still works. Installing one on each stud and alternating road vs cross and ebike allowed for plenty of swing so that I can walk by them to get to the truck. Transformed our garage!

We had a cheaper bike rack that was impossible to use. This rack allows for easy walk up storage and release when needed. The price is higher than I wanted to pay but is worth it.

Looks great and easy to reach the bikes now. No more shoulder pain.

The included bolts are not uniform. About half fit a 1/2” socket wrench, but the others are slightly too big to fit. I had to use a 9/16 socket with a lot of slack to get those bolts in. Don’t loose any of the bolts or screws, there’s no extra. The end decorative caps are cheaply made and are a pain to pop back on. The lower bracket should have been made with a pivot point like the top. Yes, it would have made the product more expensive, but it would have been better quality too. Looks good though. So far I’m happy with it.

I now have my bikes organized and have more space in my garage… so far so good.

I wish that I found this bike rack 3 years ago. Wed probably be riding bikes more often. I cuss and swear, bang my head against a bar or handlebars almost every time to take the bikes out and put them away. No more after today. This rack is worth every penny. The website was helpful to address a minor question, but the installation instructions that come with the rack is clear. Installation was simple. My 12 year old can take his bike out and put it away with ease now. We had a professionally installed garage system that included bike hooks - what a waste. This rack takes less space, is collapsible when not being used and is effortless to use. No one will be disappointed.

These bike racks are a genius solution to solving the bike storage puzzle. I mean, I question why every bike rack out there is not made this way. Yes it is a bit expensive but the benefits you get are totally worth the price you pay. It is well constructed and easy to install. I installed 4 of them in just over an hour. The swivel feature is great. Makes it super easy to move one bike out of the way so you can access another. I cant recommend it enough.

Save Wall Space - Staggered

Limited wall space? You can stagger the racks to overlap your bikes, with Steadyracks placed as close as 350mm (1ft 2in) apart. For mountain bikes or other wider handlebar bikes, racks should be placed 406mm (1ft 4in) apart. Great for apartments and small sheds.

Steadyrack Wall Guide - LevelSteadyrack Wall Guide - Level

Maximize Floor Space - Level

Maximize your floor space by hanging your racks at the same height and further apart. A minimum of 600mm (2ft) gap between the Steadyracks will allow for the optimum pivot range. For mountain bikes or other wider handlebar bikes, racks should be placed 813mm (2ft 6in) apart. Great for garages.
