There are a few gaps that rats can get into my attic from the garage. Previously I sealed them with foam but the rats bite through them. My friend recommended getting steel wool to stuff it. So far so good. I had to clear out the old foam and put these in. These came rolled up and compressed. So I fluffed them up a bit to give it more volume. Oh yeah, be sure to wear gloves when handling these. You don’t want to get poked. I used a few nails as anchor and these work great at molding to the gap and blocking the entrance for the rat. I don’t think the rats can bite through these.

So far so good. I bought two packages of the steel wools, I received Scissors, gloves, and the steel wool. One of the packages did not come with gloves. That was one of the reasons I bought from this company was to make sure I had everything and extras. I just have to make sure I know where my gloves are and not misplace them.

Great pair of gloves and scissors that cone with it. Easy to use. Was able to plug up spaces near radiators and under kitchen sink. Plugged up spaces in between baseboard and wood floor too with long screw driver. You get a good amount of steel wool.

A nice long strip of steel wool. Perfect for stuffing under a door or around pipes.

Product was as described. Easy to work with but just not enough. I used the entire box on the opening between the drywall and the gas line that exits out of wall for gas stove. The line is capped and gas has been shut off for four years. The hole was about 3/4 of an inch around. Then I covered in caulking and duct tape. Use gloves and when caulking eye glasses and mask.

Very nice that they add the scissors and gloves. Good packaging. Easy to use. A slightly finer steel wool than Ive bought at local hardware. Rolls out clean. Stuffs well. Reasonable price.

I received a pre-opened package that was missing half of the steel wool and the scissors. I immediately returned this half used product.
