> 24 hourPurchased directly from Stellar website. This morning while still half asleep and attempting to delete one photo on my Galaxy S8+, I accidentally deleted the entire gallery which contained some of the last pictures I had of my late wife from the memory card. Needless to say, I panicked. I then frantically searched the web for a way to recover them and found this program. After about an hours work, I had all of the photos of my wife back and almost all of the others. There were a few that could be only partially recovered. For the most part the program was easy to use though I had to look in the help for a couple of details. Overall though, recovery was a very straight forward process. In fact the hardest part was finding a paperclip to get the card out of the phone. I have been diligent about backing up my computer but not my phone. Lesson learned! If you have any irreplaceable photos on your phone, do yourself a favor and back them up now. If you dont and accidentally delete them, get this program and use it before you do anything else with your phone. A very reasonably priced piece of software that was invaluable to me.

> 24 hourWe purchased the Stellar Photo/Video app to repair damaged photos from an external hard drive. We went though the process of uploading our damaged photos and about five hours later, it looked like the process was complete. When we clicked to look at a preview, nothing showed up and now we cant locate any of the fixed photos. I then chatted with online support and they asked for proof of purchase. I gave everything I had, but they claimed that they couldnt locate it and therefore was not able to answer any questions. Please steer clear- this company is a complete scam.

> 24 hourI lost some files during transfer from SD card to computer. I purchased this product and it found the files but the files had no content (wouldnt play). They tried to get me to purchase another software product from them for more $. They claim to focus on customer service--what a joke. They are friendly but never helped me. They refused to give me a refund after 7 hours of recovery effort. Never confuse good customer service with just being friendly. What a scam. Its more money but I suggest Disk Drill instead.

> 24 hourIts garbage. Should be zero stars. Dont buy anything from Stellar Photo Recovery or give them your credit card numbers. I tried to contact them to cancel so they wouldnt charge my credit card again this year. They made it impossible and then sent me an email thanking me for renewing it today even though they had said they were going to charge my card tomorrow.

> 24 hourThe product is great and does exactly what it claims to. However, if you have any questions about the product, good luck getting help. We attempted to contact them for more information regarding use of software. Customer Service Represemtatove (in India) spoke very poor English. We requested to speak to someone else so they created a case so someone would call us. No one ever called. Then we received an e-mail telling us because WE didnt respond they considered the problem resolved and closed the case! Horrible customer service. Sellers should be required to provide customer service in English for American customers or not allowed to sell on Amazon!

> 24 hourVery nice software. I downloaded directly off web. I had a card that had lost pics via card reader and wanted to retrieve them, if possible. If you download off web and have them scan your card (as I did), be prepared to pay to have them saved and made available to download and save. I strongly suggest scanning the same card several times and saving each time. Each scan may retrieve new photos that a previous scan (or later scan) may not retrieve. I also noticed that the stellar will also download a second, smaller copy of a picture that was taken vertically. While scan #1 retrieved my sisters wedding photos, it also retrieved my sons 16th birthday. Following scans did not retrieve the same pictures. Since I saved each scan, I now have most, if not all, pics that a previous reader deleted.
