> 3 dayBought for my tk 5 year old. He was able to open and close it easily. Small enough to hang with his backpack. And got so many compliments. Broke after a couple of months because he sat on one of the plastic sticks that hold open the umbrella but still usable. I think with some hot glue or gorilla glue ill be able to fix it. So glad i bought it.

> 3 dayThis little umbrella is just perfect for my daughter, she’s been asking for her own umbrella and was so happy when she got this. It’s easy to hold and the colors are pretty.

> 3 dayI bought this for my 5 year old niece for her her birthday. She screamed when she opened it, and ran to the playground never putting it down till she left. I think you could say it was a success!

> 3 dayThis is very poorly made for the price. Gave as a gift and it was broken in less than 3 weeks!

> 3 dayThis is a great size for my 6 year old. All the other umbrellas I found were too small for her. This covers her and her bookbag completely while waiting at the bus stop and even though she has dropped it a lot there are no tears/holes in it!

> 3 dayIt arrived in brand new condition. (Butterfly, sun and floral green umbrella) No damages. In terms of safety hazard it seems to be pretty safe for my three year old to play with. She can open and close it by herself. I did not like the smell when I first opened it (plastic smell). I cannot rate the sturdiness as of yet since this is day one for us of having this umbrella.

Greater than one weekIf I’ve ever written a product review on Amazon, I don’t recall. However, this umbrella was so wonderful, I felt the need to leave a review! My 3-year-old is obsessed with umbrellas. To avoid having to huddle under one with her, all crouched over like Quasimodo, I decided to purchase her a children’s umbrella for Christmas. My only complaint about this product was the difficulty to wrap an umbrella! Luckily, my 3-year-old isn’t great at guessing the present to there weren’t any spoilers. She unwrapped the plastic handle first and was able to immediately identify it as an umbrella. We got the purple unicorn, which is both her favorite color and animal. Perfection! I showed her how to open it the first time. Imagine my surprise with how smoothly it opened. And I was so pleased with the overall shape. The umbrella is like a deep dome and it’s perfect for small children who wave them around all willy nilly to ensure they will actually remain dry in a rain storm. I then showed her how to close the umbrella. I was also pleased at the simplicity and safety of the closing process. No pinching possible! My 3-year-old is able to open and close it entirely on her own now! If I allowed her to sleep with this umbrella, she most certainly would! I wish this umbrella came in adult sizes because with the shape and ease of opening and closing, I want one for myself!
