Greater than one weekVery high quality cables. The actual product looks and feels a lot better than the pictures. Twisted pair has better noise immunity/rejection compare to standard straight thru wire. If you can try not to run these signal wires (as appose to speakers wires) parallel for too long with high current power cable like battery wire for your amp. Amplifier can draw very high current that can inject/induce noise onto the RCA signals. Back to the actual cable review, the molded plastic cable-seperator has molded in marking F,R,S (Front, Rear, Sub) so you always know which pair belong to which and never have to worry about the label is lost or wear out if you ever upgrade your system later. 17 was plenty of length for my Hummer H3. Definitely a fan of Stinger cables and wires for sure. Spend a little extra and get high quality wires because the labor and time you put in routing these wires in your car, you sure dont want to do it again.

> 3 dayAre these the same quality as a set of six channel monster cable RCAs...no But they are also one third of the price, and perform the same service in just a slightly different way. Instead of being shielded, wound, and insulated in one cable each pair is separated and labeled (F-front/R-rear/S-sub). They are secured against each other in a flat fashion so the cable system is a bit wide but in the end it fits under panels pretty well. The toughest part about routing these cables comes from your room behind your stereo, if its tight back there youre going to have a little struggle, if not youre good to go. The convenience out-ways the struggle in my opinion and Id buy this set again even if I didnt need six channels, it would be nice just to have them ran for future upgrades to that system.

> 3 dayBought these for a new head unit install. May be a bit short for longer vehicles. I installed these in a 2005 Infiniti M45 and had only a couple feet to spare. I did run the wires a longer distance to utilize an existing opening into the trunk, and had I drilled a new opening, I probably could have had and extra 6 to play with.
