> 3 dayFlashlight is great! However, I wish the light had a dual switch. When buying the flashlight the picture showed a dual switch, but when I received the light there was not a back on/off button. Had I known, I would have specifically purchased the same light but with the DS option. The picture (when buying the light) should not show a dual switch if the product does not have one.

> 3 dayWell it’s bright enough to blind the crap out of somebody if you want to. Throws far enough for anybody. No idea why you would want any more lumens unless you’re landing planes in your backyard. Dropped from about 6’ when I first opened it so it’s durable from that height. I’m clumsy at times. Mounted in my truck and will be used and ready when needed. No idea about battery life so couldn’t rate that. Don’t plan on using it for hours anyway.

> 3 dayThese are great lights but the light in the images is not accurate to what will be shipped. Images show light with push button on rear, this light did not have that upgradeable feature

> 3 dayThis streamlight setup works great for my law enforcement duties. Battery life is great and it’s a rugged light, made with quality material. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a bright, quality light!

> 3 dayI purchased this as a duty flashlight. For the past few years Ive used cheap Ultafire/Trustfire lights. I did this because the LEDs used by Streamlight and Surefire were about a year behind LED lumen output production. Paying $100+ for a 100 lumen light vs $20 for 900 lumen light just didnt seem smart at the time. To update past lights (Maglites, Stingers) Ive used Terralux drop ins which are a great product. Now it seems that Streamlight and other brands are at least in the same ballpark as to what LEDs they use. Streamlight still uses Nimh/NiCd batteries (Like my RC car in the 80s) which is a bit of a disappointment. The case is built solid with a good feel. The handle is just long enough to fit under my arm when I need to write something and need my hands free. The HL beam pattern is similar to my other lights, but much crisper at the edges. There is a distinct area that is illuminated. The Hot spot is bright and large enough for what I need, while the secondary wide throw has good even lighting. The differences between Hi-med-low modes is little. The electronics (Not batteries) in my old flashlights were failing in the cold 20 degree weather, so I stuck this flashlight in my freezer for a couple hours. After removing the flashlight from the freezer it worked flawlessly. I give it an A+ for cold weather use. Overall Im impressed and if it remains reliable, Ill be back for more.
