Greater than one weekWhat a great flashlight. I like that the clip is more robust in the right area to prevent snapping like the olite clip. The brightness is just right and I even use NiMh cells. The lumen is the perfect compromise of brightness and battery life. Now about the button being so hard to press. The spring in the button is actually not that stiff at all. The problem is the added stiffness of the rubber button cover and having to press so far to get it to click on. The fix is to get a hole punch and cut a few circles from an index card or something of similar thickness. Maybe from some kind of thin plastic or PVC sheet would be better for long term durability but not necessary. Unscrew the button ring. Not the whole tail cap as in replacing the battery but rather the ring just under the button itself. Flip the rubber button boot over and stack a few of the cut circles into the boot and screw back on. You will then find you dont have to press as hard or deep to turn on the light. Too many spacers will cause the monetary switch to light too easy or early. Add or remove spacers to your preference. This adjustment makes a big difference.

> 3 dayPacks a punch. Light enough to hold with lips when hands are busy.

> 3 dayThis has been my favorite flashlight for a few years now. It’s the perfect size to fit in my pocket and one of the main selling points for me is the clip allows it to clip on your hat. I literally use this everyday. I’ve never had a single issue with the clip. The brightness is good with me. I work in industrial control panels and the brightness level is perfect. Everyone likes the brightest light they can buy but this one is perfect. The issue I have is with the on/off switch. I have no idea how many times I turn this light on and off but the only place I’ve ever had one fail is at the switch. Once it messes up, it’s over. It’ll never work reliably again. Sometimes it quits all together, sometimes it works intermittently, sometimes it works when half pressed. This is usually happens after I’ve had the light long enough for the paint to wear off but it eventually happens to every one of them.

> 3 dayI recently purchased a Olight I3T EOS and wrote a review complaining that the duel light mode was a little finicky and because the lower the battery was the lower the light output was I sometimes had trouble with knowing if I was failing at getting the high mode or if my battery was low. Also the battery life on high mode was terrible. And my suggestion was just have one middle mode since low mode on the Olight at 5 lumens was nearly useless and high-mode was too much of a battery hog. Anyways, long story short Amazon advertised this shortly after and it delivers exactly what I asked for in my review. 45 lumens isnt enough to light up things when there is a decent amount of ambient light its plenty to see above a drop ceiling, in an attic, or at night. And for a single AAA battery it last long enough where I dont have to think about using it only when needed lest I run out of battery. Good stuff, would buy again.

> 3 dayNo complaints whatsoever. Great battery life. I’ve dropped it a couple times and still works perfectly. Brightness won’t light up much past 10 feet outdoors but that’s expected of a light this size and price. Love the hat clip. It basically dual uses as a headlamp.

> 3 dayPros: Very lightweight, very small, and very practical. Cons: None from what I can see. Thoughts: This is my first time investing and looking into carrying a small every day care light. Because of that, I do not have much to compare it to besides an iphone light. With that said, however, I still enjoy using this light 100x over my iphone light. The first day I got it, I was using it on a baseball cap as a headlight to install a light fixture on the ceiling, which freed up my hands to do the work I needed. I carry it on my personnel daily, and dont even notice in my pocket. Even in gym shorts, there is no weight pulling my shorts down. Because of that, I will always have it on me, and use it as needed. The stream of light is strong, do not make the mistake of pointing it in someones eye and flashing them, because they will be stunned for a moment. This can be an obviously good thing if you were started un expectantly and shine this in someones face, in self defense. I use this while grilling at night, walking my dog at night, and looking into small crevasses to retrieve dropped/lost items. What I enjoy most is that it is so damn light, there is no reason NOT to carry this item on me. Because of that, I give it five stars, and highly recommend it. Update 2019: love this thing. Use it at work all the time. So small and compact I often forget it’s in my pocket. But I have to be extra careful with it in my pant pockets. Bc I forget about it I may sometimes brush against the door panels and scratch my paint. Still love it, 10/10 perfect for EDC at work, home, and mischief.

> 3 dayHands down the best EDC light Ive ever carried. Ive been using this for well over a year now on a daily basis. It has survived multiple drops onto concrete from upwards of 20 feet, rain, diesel, gasoline and everything inbetween. It is very bright for its size, outshining (pun intended) lights that are much larger. It does not burn through batteries at a fast pace and is always reliable when I need it to be. The on/off button still feels just as strong as the day I bought it, and I have never had any issues with it turning on/off or latching. The fact that it can be clipped onto the bill of a hat makes it a no brainer if youre in need of a compact EDC light. Time spent in use is split 50/50 between being in hand or clipped onto my hat, and the clip is still springy and has yet to stretch or bend to the point of it not being secure. If I ever lose it Ill probably buy 2 more... I might even buy 2 more anyway. Theyre that good.
