> 24 hourI like having a hard shell suitcase and I like have the caster wheels. This is pretty much a minimum requirement for me, so that is why I ordered this. I am not a particular stickler for suitcase quality. If it holds my stuff and arrives in one piece, that is usually good enough for me. In that regard, this meets my requirements. With that said, I recently got another no name hardshell type suitcase from Amazon that was pretty much identical in price to this, and the build on it seemed better, especially the liner, which had a softness to it and a more premium feel. This on the other hand, the liner had air behind it, so I could not really push the liner down in. It just kind of moved the air pocket from one spot to another spot. I thought, I will just unzip it to get the air out. Well here is no zipper. Also, the material just seems kind of cheaper. The other suitcase I got, a Shokoo had more softness to it. This liner also had marks on it out of the box. Not sure what they were from. They looked like maybe they came from the handle behind the liner, but as the liner was not touching the handle because of the pocket of air behind it, I doubt that is what it was. Therefore, I can only presume it happened somehow during the manufacturing process. I included a picture. It isnt going to affect the functionality of it at all, but that is how it was when I opened it. The handles have a kind of soft rubber padding under them to help when carrying the bag instead of wheeling it and the casters also seem softer, I guess to avoid noise. It is nice the bag has a lock for the zippers, but this is another place where the Shokoo bag I got just seemed better. The lock on the Shokoo recessed into the bag, so it is flush with the surface, while the lock on this bag is external so it kind of sticks out and could snag on things. Also, the zipper pulls on the Shokoo bag lock into the lock when they are flat against the bag. The zipper pulls on this bag lock into the lock when they are on edge. Again, this makes them protrude out whereas on the Shokoo bag everything was flat so it couldnt snag on things. Dollar for dollar, I like the other bag I got better in almost every way, and their 28 inch bag is the exact same price as this bag. So for that reason, I wouldnt recommend this bag, even though I dont think there is anything about it that leaps out to me as a reason why other than I know I can get what I think is a better quality bag for the same price. There area also many similarly specked 28 inch bags like this on Amazon that are significantly more affordable, some as much as half the price. If there is a reason to buy this over those, I cannot discern what it is.

> 24 hourI got this in the Orange, Carry-On 20-Inch version and I love it. Its so lightweight. Ill be flying with just my daughter and needing to be able to lift my carry-on into the overhead compartment on my own, so having my luggage be super lightweight is really important. This seems to be really durable, too, and I love that its such a bright color so it will be easy for me to keep track of. The wheels are maneuverable and seem sturdy. If anything goes wrong with this luggage while Im traveling with it Ill update my review, but for now it seems really great.

> 24 hourThis luggage product arrived on time. Each case was packaged one inside the other (three pieces in total). Yellow was the color of choice to make it easier to find on the luggage carousal in the airport. Each one is secured by a combination lock. The material is strong with a little bit of a give and take, but amazingly overall each piece is light weight and strong. Already packed for travel this weekend.

> 24 hourThis is a really nice luggage bag. It has a nice spacious inside, then the wheels move every direction possible, the handle comes out a good bit, I can pull it with no problem, or your child can pull it, because the handle has 2 lengths it will pull out at, its lightweight, but still very durable and sturdy. I absolutely love the lake blue color. I got this bag for my son for when he visits his dad, and we have no problem putting everything he needs into this luggage bag. It pulls and glides very easily with no problems at all. Im very satisfied with this bag.

> 24 hourDurable quality luggage set. It comes with 3 suit cases all different sizes. They have a hard shell that has some flex to it. One of the best features is they roll in any direction. One is small enough for a carry on, the other two are bigger.

> 24 hourI love this suitcase so far! The bright apple green color makes it easy to spot on the baggage carousel or cart and the spinner wheels are great when needing to navigate a sudden turn or make your way through crowds. Also, if youre like me and have a tendency to over pack because I might want to wear this dress rather than that one so Ill need different heels this suitcase will work for you! Actually if youre reasonable and wanting to limit the amount of luggage you need to pack on vacation, you can likely fit outfits for yourself and spouse/partner or yourself and your child(ren). This piece is sturdy, durable and the hard outer shell makes it easy to clean. Easily recommend!

> 24 hourThis is a great hardshell suitcase. It is durable, easy to use, very lightweight, and the zipper is strong. This is NOT the kind of suitcase you can drive your car over, but its plenty strong to hold up to a baggage handler and the TSA inspectors. I like the orange, makes it stand out better than the ocean of black suitcases on the baggage claim carousel. The wheels are nice, rolls smoothly. Overall, its a great suitcase without any special features, just a good suitcase at a good price.

> 24 hourLight weight yet sturdy. The 360° wheels are made very durably and this luggage has the typical pockets inside for organization while travel.

> 24 hourUnit is very lightweight, with 3 handles - 1 extendable and locking mechanism. The inner area includes a zip-across separator with a pouch. At this size I would prefer just a bit stronger outer shell; otherwise an excellent piece of luggage

> 24 hourGiven that I inherited my previous suitcase from a grandmother and that it was well-used and starting to rip, I decided to upgrade and try a hard shell suitcase. While this is large and roomy, I was surprised by the shell seeming a bit flimsy. I’m not sure whether or not it’s designed that way to be flexible if it takes a pounding, but I was caught off guard by that characteristic. It is lightweight luggage and I like the bright green color as it’s easy to see. The wheels roll smoothly, which is another plus, because it’s difficult for me to carry a suitcase. And finally, I like that it comes with a built-in TSA combination lock that is easy to set. So overall, I am pleased with this suitcase and consider it a definite upgrade from what I had prior.
