I have an ipad 2020 and have been searching for the right stylus for it for awhile now. Most of the other ones on the market are too expensive or cheap knock offs. This pencil is an Apple Pencil dupe (cheaper version but essentially the same). I actually enjoy using my iPad to write due to how smoothly the pencil works. I also love how I can place it in the same place for storage because of it being magnetic. Being a college student I always am using my iPad to get plan , do homework , write notes therefore I want to be able to enjoy the utensil I am using. I would definitely recommend getting this pencil either to go along with your Apple Pencil or before you purchase an Apple Pencil. AMAZING PRODUCT!!
