> 3 dayI have ordered these mugs multiple times and I will continue to purchase them. They always arrive super fast and, in my opinion, they are a fair price. I have only ever received 1 mug that was a little cracked on the inside, but that was only 1 out of over 60 mugs that I have purchased. The color always comes out extremely well on these. They work well with the Cricut Mug Press and the Epson EcoTank (ET-4760) Inkjet printer.

> 3 dayOverall these black 16 ounce coffee cups are perfect for my morning espresso, except one of six mugs came with an indented surface mistake that shows big time due to the missing paint finish deep inside this flaw. It looks like an inverted pimple with a white tip so I would not serve this cup to company. I sent a message to coffee cup company on the Amazon site but a week later I got no response. Poor customer service but a decent mug. Looks like in need to return all six mugs due to one bad mug.

Greater than one weekGreat cups, sublimate beautifully. Theyre too heavy to ship for a reasonable price, so Ill go with a different brand for business purposes. For home use or gifting, theyre great and very large with a big handle for man sized hands.

Greater than one weekThis cup is very convenient to clean. It is used to drink coffee. The hand feel and taste are particularly good. The heat dissipation effect is slow. It is suitable for people who like to drink coffee and boiling water. When guests come to the house, they can basically meet their needs. I like it very much.

> 3 dayI’d buy again from this company! I ordered from other companies and half the mugs were broken, but I had no broken mugs and the sublimated very well!

> 3 dayI watched a number of YouTube videos on how to transfer images to a mug and nothing stuck (pun intended) did the best trick, the alcohol trick. And not matter how long I waiting, nothing transferred. Couldn’t give blank mugs for Christmas so I returned them.

> 3 dayThe 11 oz size is okay and worked fine in the Cricut Mug Press that I was using. The colors were great on the sublimated mugs. Several of the mugs had dimples. In the photographed mug there is a dimple in the finish, plus the finish cracked when I was removing the sublimation paper. It was disappointing because the mug turned out very nice otherwise. Very hit and miss with quality and I feel the price was way too high for those type of issues.
