I gave this a three star rating in part because 3 of the 6 mugs that arrived were flawed. There were specks (sand like) that were embedded in the face of 2 of the mugs that appeared to of happened when the final coat was applied or stuck to the mug just prior to the final coating process. Either way, they stuck out and Im unable to use them. The other had a serious flaw on the lip which again, prevents me from using it. I wasnt able sublimate them and had to return them immediately. I hope the replacement order is better otherwise Ill be returning those as well. They did appear to be sturdy with a nice weight to them.

The quality of sublimated prints on these is just bad. They become sticky so it’s hard to remove the transfer and the images are faded even after being on the press 5 minutes.

2 mugs arrived broken. I reached out to the company and was pleasantly surprised by their offer to send replacements plus an extra for the aggravation. Cups come out amazing, highly recommend

Received my mugs today. Checked them over and was glad none were broken but unfortunately one mug has a black/burnt spot on the rim. It makes this mug unsalable. It’s a bit disappointing, I’m glad it was only 1.

UPDATE- I had contact with the supplier who agreed to replace the damaged cup. I have order 2 more boxes and have sublimated on numerous cups now. They all worked great. Very please with the product and the customer service. Will continue ordering this brand from this company as long as they are available. I havent tried Sublimation on them yet but right out of the box one of the six cups is broken. Not happy with the cost and one to be broken

One the mugs came broken but the other 11 were okay so Im not too upset
