I was extremely disappointed to see they did not come with the rubber bottoms.

This is my 2nd time ordering and in the first batch there was one damaged and this case there were 2 damaged. When you turn it it clanks like there is a loose piece somewhere in between the layers or metal. So it stinks that there have now been 3 I couldn’t use :(

I’m usually not a complainer at all, but I wasted my money on these and they were gifts! Cups did not sublimate well. Wasted half a box trying to get them to turn out. They are flimsy too.. just very disappointed.

The images look fantastic on these. Very impressed. As a matter of fact, I bought a second case last week.
