These are taller then 8.5” that the sub paper allows which would leave a blank above the print so I am returning them. In the picture is both these and the ones I bought previously from another vendor you can see they are taller. Just disappointed I need these for a show and ordered from this vendor to get 8pk instead of a 6pk

Scratch easily when removing the celebration paper

These cups will not accept the sublimation. I have tried multiple sublimation papers and nothing works. I have requested a replacement box and will update review when I receive them.

These use to be my go to! Ive purchased so many cases. Now I keep getting ones that have rattles inside the cups after you heat them. And some of them have a residue on after removing the sublimation paper. The quality is definitely not the same. Im loosing 4-5 cups a case due to internal breakage.

They are very easy to use. But will look closer to details,wanted the metal straws but got plastic.

Over half of the product didnt take sublimation. I wasted half of the shipment. I prepped each tumbler and sublimated each one, the same way. The results were unreliable. Wont buy again
