Sturdy tumblers, sublimation process was flawless

The colors are very muted. The pictures have a green hue to it. The pictures are vibrant on the computer. But come out dull and green on the tumbler. The last picture is another brand that was way better quality so I know it’s not my sublimation ink.

These cups will not accept the sublimation. I have tried multiple sublimation papers and nothing works. I have requested a replacement box and will update review when I receive them.

Scratch easily when removing the celebration paper

Wish they had rubber bottom stick ones but over all great cup

The tumblers seem ok but the shrink wraps, which were advertised as being included, were missing. I checked several times to make sure I didn’t overlook them. I’m giving only two stars since I now have to purchase the shrink wraps myself when it was supposed to be an inclusive kit. The extra star is because the tumblers and straws appear to be of good quality. The metal straws fit the cups perfectly.
