These use to be my go to! Ive purchased so many cases. Now I keep getting ones that have rattles inside the cups after you heat them. And some of them have a residue on after removing the sublimation paper. The quality is definitely not the same. Im loosing 4-5 cups a case due to internal breakage.

Didnt have problem of the sublimation not sticking but i did notice there are a little bigger and a little wider than the other 20oz tumblers ive gotten

The cups are great, no problem subbing on them, and the different straws are great, plus the straw cleaner amazing. Such a nice piece to offer. The shrink wrap I got with these cups melted on me, I thought my temp was too hot but it was only 345*F.

We normally love these cups - have ordered several times - This time in a pinch to get an order out for christmas (just our luck) one of the cups has a whole all the way through it - I attached a picture and if we had found it before making three other cups out of the box would have returned. Piece of advice check all cups before starting your work. Sad in Nebraska Christmas gift short by one :(

the colors came out great and liked that i got 2 straws or should i say my granddaughters did. over all very happy

Over half of the product didnt take sublimation. I wasted half of the shipment. I prepped each tumbler and sublimated each one, the same way. The results were unreliable. Wont buy again

Beware of the seller. You may think you’re ordering one thing but you’re getting something else. The tumbler looks great but don’t advertise the contents of what you’re supposed to get when you change the quantity. I ordered the 8 count at first and it was great. Then I ordered the 25 count thinking I was going to be the same just with 17 more tumblers but nope. You don’t receive the metal straws, the straws cleaner or the shrink wraps. Very disappointed

The value was good but they dont sublimate very well. Ive tried different methods and they just do not come out well at all.
