This is the perfect liner. It’s smooth and precise. I received this product a few years ago from Ipsy. I liked it so much I bought it and have continued ever since. Any time I try a new liner, I keep coming back to this one. Definitely worth trying!

It was broken when I opened it and it was also very low amount of the stick.

It’s not good eyeliner dry & didn’t work on my eyes
