I have been using these for years. Part of the tools for good tooth maintenance.

I can’t say enough good things about this. It’s angled perfectly to get under the gum line front and back. Even the backs of the backs. If all of your teeth aren’t straight it doesn’t matter, this can help make anyone’s dental routine better. You can change the bristles, so you don’t have to throw away the whole thing. I would like to see them more at local stores. Everyone needs this, it gets to places brushing and flossing can’t.

I tried this product versus Gum brand 642 Snap-Ons Sulcabrush, Dr. Jim End Tuft toothbrush, and Gum brand End Tuft toothbrush 308. I felt that this one was definitely the best of the four. Note that even though it shares the name sulcabrush with the Gum 642 Snap-Ons Sulcabrush, this one is dramatically better than the Gum 642 Snap-Ons Sulcabrush in my opinion. This one has an excellent width (if I could change anything I would probably make the width about a millimeter or so wider but it is close to the perfect width in my opinion). Along the spectrum of softness to stiffness, the bristles were at an outstanding place within that range in my opinion (I think that you want the bristles to be not as soft as a standard toothbrush in order for you able to effectively apply brushing to focal areas and I feel that they got it about perfect in that regard). It is excellent for cleaning in the curved transition areas between the buccal surfaces of the teeth and the interdental surfaces and between the interdental surfaces and the lingual surfaces. Such areas are often partially missed by the action of standard toothbrushes and electric toothbrushes (even with a round head). I hope they will continue to produce this brush because I believe it is a critical component of excellent dental hygiene.

My dental hygienist recommended this tool about a 1 year ago and I used it daily. It has totally changed the health of my teeth. It is a strange tool to get used to using. Tip for successful usage: Just gently run in circular motion around your gum line. One end is for the outside and the other inside of the gum line. Make sure you read the handle to know which end to use.

This item got good reviews but the bristles on these are much too stiff. They seem like they could damage gum tissue.

I like to ram these into the spaces between my teeth and stop tarter from sticking in there. My dentist says I am winning.

Recommended by my periodontist to include in my daily dental brushing after having laser cleaning done on my teeth. Helps get the plaque from between the teeth where brushing doesn’t quite reach. Price was great.

The Sulcabrush totally turned my dental health around. I kept trying to use a toothbrush to bet down in the gums and the hard-to-reach places at the ends of the mouth, and it kept not working. A toothbrush is just not designed for that. But this is perfect! And the replacement tips are pretty cheap and long-lasting. I also used goldenseal powder (dipped the brush in it), and that helped clear up infection. I also use it to touch up the spaces in-between teeth and to go over the surface of the tooth, to catch whatever my toothbrush missed. Works great for that. The only thing is that this is billed as a substitute for flossing, and its really not that. If I sulca, but not floss, for a few days, my gums bleed when I floss--not a good sign of gum health! If I sulca & floss regularly, they dont bleed when I floss.

This brush gets the gum line clean. It is used in addition to regular brushing and really works.

Great brush, for getting larger particles, out of mouth; stuck between the teeth, or at the gum line, of the teeth. Can buy the brush, separately from the handles, in large quantities, as a package deal, to reduce, the costs. I find this product, outlasts, the other brushes, designed like this, that I have tried. I can use this, very quickly, to dislodge, large particles, stuck in crevices. Rinsing, I use, a tuft brush, to jam individual bristles, into crevices, too small for the sulcabrush to reach. Rinsing this may be, all that I will do, until before I sleep. Then I do the same, quickly floss, and use, the tuft brush, with a touch of toothpaste. I mainly am concerned, in maintaining healthy gums, and then preventing, rotting food, from corroding, more of the enamel, at the gum line of the teeth, than in making my teeth, whitened in appearance. The sulcabrush, at first, may seem to rough, on the gums. But in a while, the gums become, more resilient, and more healthy, due to the use, of these tight, and tough bristles. This makes them, very easy to keep clean, since food is seldom stuck, in the sulcabrush. This is hot true, of the soft and separated bristles, of the tuft brush. I found, that using just a tuft brush; made it difficult, to get the food particles, out of the brush. I am sold, on throwing out, the brushes, from the past. Maintaining a healthy gum line, and preventing, more erosion, of enamel, in between the teeth, and at the gum line, prevents more serious, problems, later on. I recommend by experience, the sulcabrush, and the tuft brush, to prevent, gum disease, and enamel erosion, due to rotting food, caught in crevices, of the mouth.

Sulcabrush Handle (Pack of 3) Use Instead Of Flossing, great For Bleeding Gums!
