She didnt want skates that looked like some girls in the neighborhood had so I returned the Walmart pair bought at Christmas. Ifinally found this pair on Amazon and she loves them and they dont look like every other pair every other kid has. I paid a little more but I dont regret it due to the adjustable size. She will get use of them for a long time. She had to get use to the brake being in the front but she is 9 so that didnt take long. She is glad she has them and they are unique compared to all the other girls skates. Worth the extra price.

These shoes are perfect for that growing adolescent. Although just a wee bit larger at the moment, she is 9 and growing like a weed. These are perfect for her and she is really into rainbows and unicorns. Beautiful shoes that light up.
