These are solid and easy to install. Drilled four holes and installed two hooks on my Deere bucket. I used them with my 3/8 logging chain and they held up great (even when I maxed out the lift capaciity on my loader). I have a thrid hook that I plan to attach to my ballaast box.

They are heavy duty! put all three across the front of my scoop on a 4066m JD! have used to pull fence posts and strap chains on etc! worth every penny and better than welding on hooks as the plate is 1/4 thick and the grade 8 bolts wont break, which are held on with airplane nylon nuts! I painted mine JD green before installation to match my tractor

It does not have a backing plate so the bolts will pull through the sheet metal of the bucket, if you pull hard. Choose another vendor that supplies backing plates.

These hooks are built really well and the hardware is top notch! I wiped them down with alcohol and painted them to match my John Deere, but the paint wont stick to the black paint they came with. Im going to have to sand blast them and try again. Other than that, no complaints!
