Appear to be heavy duty, and can handle a higher current load than other test leads. I have used them a few times and they worked well.

Ive piddled around for years with the cheap packaged test leads with alligator clips. They always failed or rusted. I found these by accident and ordered a package. Then I ordered two more. They are so much better, the alligator clip is sturdy and the wire gauge is good for up to 15 amps. Im a Master Electrician and do a lot of trouble shooting. These are now the only alligator clip leads I carry. I do still need the smaller hook clips or wire puncture leads on some occasions as these are too heavy for crowded connections.
