The love...I live by the beach in summer months and I vacation on a Caribbean island beach in winter, so Im in the sun often and have used Sun Bum sunscreens a lot, its definitely the best tanning and protection sunscreen I have ever used...even stands up to the intense Aruba sun, gives you a great tan with excellent sunburn protection, never get burnt red at all with these lotions. The hate...every single time Ive used Sun Bum lotion, that is many times...it always runs into my eyes at some point in the day and causes a very nasty burning in the eyes that is hard to get rid of...it doesnt just easily stop once it starts, it can mess up your day lol, this has been my experience and several other people who I have let use it. Im beginning to get a little concerned since I have been using Sun Bum products a couple years now and the severe burning eyes always happens every time consistently, so besides being an unpleasant nuisance...Im beginning to think about any damage it may cause. If it werent for the burning eyes, I would give it 10 stars as far as its effectiveness for tanning and protection against the sun. But I may have to go back to my other brand thats good, but not quite as good. Sun Bum is a great sunscreen lotion but the burning EYES drives me nuts!!

The kids love it and even let me put it on their faces because they love the smell. Works very well no more red cheeks AND no more tears because they have to dry off long enough to reapply!

Im extremely fair and burn very easily. We went to Turks & Caicos in February and it was sunny everyday. I used this sunscreen and didnt burn at all plus its Reef safe. Would highly recommend.

Scottish, Irish, Polish, German, and Sicilian. Guess what skin tone we did not get? Thats right!! Weve tried every brand and off brand you can think of on the market for sun protection, but Sunbum has done the job since we switched 2 years ago. We wear Baby Bum on our faces and Sunbum 50 SPF everywhere else and not ONCE have we gotten burned. Re-application is KEY on all sunblocks. 80 minutes means 80 minutes, folks. 90 minutes does not count :) Water resistant is not water proofed. This stuff moisturizes the skin and is easy to spread on squirmy children to provide lasting protection. The fragrance is great and while it might be a bit pricey compared to other brands, worth the splurge IMHO!

its hard to find sunscreen for darker skin that doesnt leave huge white cast, this is amazing and moisturizing and doesnt show up on my skin

I was especially looking for a product that wasn’t tested on animals. This is a nice, non-oily cream that does the trick.
