Flash drive for iOS needs to download a app ""LUV-Share"", you can search the app from the App Store.

(When the usb flash drive cannot be recognized by Phone, you can try to plug the front and back of the port and try more times.Or try this: Exit all apps in the background of the Phone＞Uninstall ""LUV-Share"" app＞Turn Phone off for a minute and then turn it on＞Download ""LUV-Share"" app from the App Store＞Try plugging the usb drive into the Phone). If you"ve used iCloud before to back up your files, you"ll need to download the files from iCloud to your Phone or Pad and then copy them to usb flash drive.

Android phones need to support the OTG function. Most Android device with OTG function, can use flash drive directly when plugging, can find the flash drive on your device in : File Manager. (The usb flash drive is equipped with a type-c adapter for the latest Android phones). If your phone doesn"t work, you need to open the phone set to open the OTG connection.
