Good looking bulb to e hence the look of your outdoor light fixtures. Be sure to order the 2700k bulb if you want a good warm looking glow. The 3000k and higher give a whiter and brighter light.

Ive only had these light bulbs for 6 weeks. The bulbs physically resemble a vintage bulb, but in reality, they function more like a security light. The dusk to dawn feature works perfectly, so no more worries about leaving the front lights on during the day. Its amazing how they incorporated that into the design. On the other hand, the light is very BRIGHT! Theres no cozy, warm hue like in their photo, so dont expect a warm, ambient glow like the old vintage incandescents or even the expensive LEDs. I have a vintage LED from the box store that I use on my back patio, and the SUNCOs arent even close. Still, you cant beat the dusk-to-dawn feature in this bulb, which is one big reason for my purchase. If SUNCO could actually make a bulb with an ambient warm glow, this would be an excellent product.

Perfect for outdoor lighting with dawn to dusk control.

I put two of them in outdoor sconces that are on the front of our house. They work well and look so much better than most dusk to dawn bulbs. I havent had them long so I dont know how they will last, but Im happy with my purchase so far.

These are working great for my outside garage lights. They come on each evening and go off each morning. Better option that a timer which has to be changed as sunrise/sunset changes.

So far, so good! I’ve had them maybe 2 weeks. All the bulbs worked, they look good, and the price was great. Sunco seems to be one reliable brand among the inexpensive brands of bulbs from China. The reviews here suggest about as good a rate of quality control as you can expect from any product. These old fashioned Edison-style filament LED bulbs usually cost a lot, especially if they’re clear instead of frosted. AND these come with a dusk-til-dawn light detector, and are still cheaper than competitors? I used these in an outdoor lamppost that already has a cheap chinese dusk-til-dawn sensor added, but it almost never turns off. If you look at reviews for other products, even ones sold by American companies, it seems nearly impossible to find a reliable working dusk-til-dawn sensor anywhere. One weird thing — I installed one of these bulbs and left two other regular LED bulbs (non-light sensing) in the same fixture. The next day, one of those other bulbs (Great Value brand from Walmart) had burned out for some reason. I’m not sure why, but I wish now that I had changed all 3 bulbs out with this brand at the same time. Maybe having one light sensing bulb in a fixture with 2 Inexpensive non-light sensing LED bulbs was a problem?

The light work well, one of the six were broken, but got a $5 credit. Slightly whiter and brighter in color than my original bulbs, but still a nice on the warmer side white. Turn on and off with appropriate level of darkness and light.

I bought these to replace the dusk to dawn sensors I had that went in between the bulb receptacle and the bulb. They didnt work very well. They would stay on during cloudy days. These lights with the built in sensor work great though. They come on when needed and turn off when not needed. I have yet to see any of them turn on during a cloudy or stormy day. I have three of them beside my garages. I have a 1 car garage stall and a 2 car garage stall next to that. So I have 1 on the left of the 1 car garage, 1 in between the 2 garages, and 1 on the right of the 2 car garage. They dont affect each other when they turn on. In other words if one is on it doesnt make the other one turn off which would cause them to all turn off and on as they sensed each other. No problems whatsoever. They even turn on for a second when you first screw them in during the day, so you know they have power and they are working. Hopefully they last a long time.
