Best money I spent on my renovation. Put some led 100s and your are set!

They work great, but they cages were broke on a couple strings I bought. They still snap together but the smaller parts of the cage are broke. -1 star for the broke cages

Cord is heavy duty and the bulb screens are fine but it would be nice to include the screws to mount the bulb screens to the cord fixtures.

Very heavy duty! Well made, heavy and big. Great for lighting up a dank garage, by putting some heavy hooks in the ceiling. The cages are great for prevent accidental bulb breakage due to moving things around - or if you are a wood shopper, like me, for not accidentally knocking them out while working on large pieces.

Probaly okay for a job site, but I didnt like it in my basement workshop. I wasted about 2 hours setting these things up, then taking them apart and repacking them to return. Flourescents are a lot better for a work shop.

I needed more light in my attic than the 2 lightbulbs that are up there now. My rechageable LED area light kept running out of charge and I considered running romex and installing light fixtures but I like how I can take a string light set with me if necessary and it is not permanently attached. Once I got this light set mounted and installed 60 watt equivalent LED bulbs I was very impressed! It seems very well built and held together through all of my pulling and dragging throughout the attic space. All the necessary parts were neatly packed in the box. Instructions were clear. I used regular galvanized 2 1/2 nails to hang each light and found that they were a perfect diameter head to slip the light mounts on and keep them mounted to the wood posts. If these last I will buy another set to run on other side of attic.
